“I posted two negative reviews about a company on Trustpilot, but both reviews were removed by Trustpilot. Consequently, Trustpilot told me they had removed the reviews and told me they were willing to review their decision with me, though I can understand why the reviews were removed. However, when I contacted Trustpilot to review the decision with me, they ignored me.”
