I like truworths clothing a lot....but R550 for a button up work shirt made of same material as every other shop is daylight robbery. “Please call when a delivery arrives or send a message. I received SMSs for 3 days straight at 8am stating my delivery would arrive that day and it was only delivered on the third day. Delivery was handed to my landlady with no communication or verification to me at all. At least it was passed on to me, but not everyone is so lucky. Am I supposed to sit outside and wait for 3 days for some of my items to arrive? I am still awaiting two items which I was expecting from reading the reviews before I made my order. The delivery person has completely ignored my instructions, I requested that delivery be made to my gate and not the main house. I have now at 8am the following day received a message that my items were delivered. Truworths, please read our reviews and improve this. I would rather pay a bit more for delivery and wait a bit longer to receive my items together and as expected according to the notifications. No proper way to track parcels so as to plan accordingly. PS; please add your panty sizing guide to the online store! Very few people would expect a M to fit a 105+ waist or is it just me??”

“Truworths clothes are great quality however I would advise anyone doing an online purchase to not have their items delivered to their home. I had order 6 items online and had them delivered on 6 different days and sometimes weeks apart. Their method of delivery needs to be reevaluated. People have jobs and when we asked for delivery it's due to convenience. How do you expect an individual to be available on 6 different days st different times.”

My concern comes in with head office services and the distribution centre that sends out stock to the stores!!. You guys limit these stores potential by being able to display options and even though they receive so much boxes daily And they pack out in a nick of time but the stock options available ars still limited or the items are the same as the season from before. I think customers from Upington will enjoy buying local than always having the option to rather order online as the items you need is alway not available in the region!!
So send better options and stop limiting Truworths store potential!!!!”
