“I was excited to try this product, as my lower teeth are stained as a result of exposure to Tetracycline as a child. It was very nicely packed. There are plenty of people who use this system. Within the 21 day challenge, my teeth are still not white. They are, however lighter in color. I believe in some clients, results vary. I do know that it works. I choose to leave the retainer in place longer than 9-10 minutes for my teeth, for maximum results. The unit comes with the retainer, a case to put it in to keep it clean, and 4 wands. 1 extra strength, and 3 regular strength. There are simple directions enclosed, however, I had no idea how to get the gel to dispense. After some trial and error, you must turn the top of the pen clockwise until you see a little gel come out of the tip. I am hoping that this will get my teeth white and I can maintain them that way. It is worth the price.”
“Snow does a great job of giving the impression that the results are immediate. They're not. I've used it every day for 2.5 weeks, starting at a 5 on the tooth scale where I am still a 5 and it's 2.5 weeks later. Their customer service is severely backlogged, so if you have an error with your order, it will take 4 weeks, 6 emails, 4 phone calls, a kidney, and Instagram to solve it. I ordered a full kit and an extra mouthpiece. Got the full kit, no extra mouthpiece. I emailed 3 times with no response from the company before I called.. when I called, I had to leave a VM, which I left very specific details about what was missing. I get a call back 2 days later from a guy who says "if you're missing the toothpaste, it doesn't ship for another few weeks". Clearly he didn't get the details I left, including order number name what I ordered and what was missing. So I send an email. Again no answer. Call again, email, you get the idea. Then I see snow is on insta so I send a msg explaining my issue. The repnon insta is in the ball dang. She gets me my missing mouthpiece within 2 days and sends me some floss. Insta rep has top C's skills. It still doesn't negate the fact that I just don't know if it's even working. I use it the full 30 min every night and I've not changed a single level on the tooth guide hey send. I'll use it for the full 21 days and pray for a miracle. I'll keep you all posted.”
“I am unable to give a positive review as I see no difference. Maybe I just need more time? Maybe it takes longer to see when your starting from a 4/5 I don’t know.
I’ve also felt that the serum doesn’t stay on when you brush it
On, it feels as if it’s just moving. Also it moves around when you’re trying to put the retainer in”

“I like snow. But only complaint is iI have to remove the mouthpiece half way into the treatment because the light turns off. It’s annoying. It is the wireless top model so slightly disappointing. Also to note, the mouthpiece is always fully charged so that’s not the issue. Thanks”
