“Sooo, I do love my whitening device and the floss and the toothpaste. However, I am quite surprised and disappointed with how disorganized Snow's warehouse is. I signed up to receive the gel and several emails were sent to notify me that it was "on its way" and it never arrived. I canceled my subscription for the toothpaste and floss because without the gel, what's the point. Perhaps there is an issue with the supply chain but at this point, we can't blame everything on that. I might recommend SNOW to my friends but will tell them not to sign up for any ongoing shipments.”
“I have very sensitive teeth and canāt use most of the other teeth whitening systems out there. Iāve tried many. SNOW is one of the only ones Iāve used that doesnāt make my teeth sensitive or uncomfortable, even if using daily. And it actually legitimately honestly works! Bonus their customer service is great. I bought my kit a couple years ago and the light went out recently. I contacted SNOW to ask if I could by the light separately and they just shipped a brand new one to me at no charge! Definitely worth it.”
“I ordered the toothpaste, which is 3 tubes, you have no choice to just buy one, in case there is an issue. I had extreme sensitivity to my teeth and had to go back to using my regular toothpaste. I have written to snow 3 times and have heard nothing back yet, about a refund or anything.”
“I love Snow products, but I'm not a fan of the whitening strips at all. I would much rather use crest whitening strips. I used them twice and want my money , but I don't think I can get my money back. All other products I love especially the extra strength teeth whitening serum.”

“Initial order placed mid December. Today is 2/2 and I still don't have everything. First I got the basic unit, but without the wands/serum advertised. I Emailed customer service. They said they'd take care of it. Instead I received whitening toothpaste. All of this after they were out of stock on the wireless model for over a year. So, while customer service was nice, there's a troubling fulfillment issue.”
