“This product worked well when I first received it. I used it 4-5 times. Then I was fitted with braces and couldn't use it for approx. one year. Now it won't work. It turns off after 30 seconds. SNOW sent me another one, which turned off after 15 seconds. They sent me a third, which turns off after 30 seconds. No explanation or trouble shooting as to why this is happening. I'm done with SNOW. I can't keep wasting time like this.”
