“Went into the branch,to make a payment for my wedding,lady in the branch sent the money to the wrong iban, so my wedding is not paid,been 14days and no sign of my money coming back. Keep getting told I need to wait.Doesnt seem like they care treated me terribly,still not paid for my wedding. Would like the £4200 back”

“Not been able to login online or via the app. Branch has closed down. ATM is offline can't get statements. Spoke to customer service. Made completely new login details and still no access to my account. I will be closing my account down after 50 + years . They obviously do not care about their customers.”

“Tri ed 6 times to pay a holiday deposit using the code-number-to-home-phone method. 6 times the phone rang. 6 times it crackled for a bit then disconnected. Utter rubbish from something that calls itself a bank but is in reality an 'organisation' which despises its customers. Wish I'd never joined this ramshackle excuse for a business.”
“Utterly dreadful bank! They take way longer than my other bank to process payments and refunds and you can’t speak to anyone! Even the chat is bots or foreigners who do not understand a word of English! They would be doing the country a favour by closing its doors!! Do not choose this bank! As an autistic customer their decision to ignore the law on equality is the last straw for me. I’ll be switching immediately”
“Tried to change my address, what a joke. You cant do it on their web page, you have to do it in their useless app. Then go through chat. It then asks you if you are planning to return to the UK, wth. After an hour I gave up.”
“Had a reply from my complaint. What an absolute joke. The person who looked into my complaint is not independent from TSB. Be warned they are not interested in their customer's. Just your money and when they have it they will have complete control.”
“TSB internet banking is unreliable, the OTP (one time password) is more like an everytime password that sometimes you never received, it's so unreliable that I take all my money out my account on pay day just so I know how much I have day to day since internet banking is the way it is and no, i don't want the app.”
“Had my bank account blocked sent the police to my home leaving me with no money and no food. Police officer was disgusted that they left me in that situation, as I had over £1000.00 in my account. Complained they said they were looking after my safety. Leaving me with no money and no food in the house for 6 days and knowing I am not able to get out through my health. Would they like their elderly parents of 73years of age to be left like i was obviously yes. And the officer contacted TSB to inform them that there was no problem and to open my account which they didn't do. I ended up phoning them again and they reluctantly opened up my account. There is a lot more to this. The Police officer said get out of that bank as soon as possible.”
“Made me overdrawn on bank holiday Monday,no notice of this although say email sent,no where to phone as it was bank Holiday and closed,3 days of stress,complaint put in but still not had phone call,I how ever managed to call and speak to a lady today, dif department so nice caring and thoughtful,helpful as well unlike anyone else at tsb,they are not bothered about customers who suffer mental health issues atall,no thought for how customers feel,to say I'm fuming us a understatement

“I only came to check about my card but the ladyRakshaben Sodha sorted my query and further said that as I was very near to my overdraft limit, she could look into possibly giving me more flexibility by increasing my overdraft. She very kindly educated me digitally, I requested for 750 overdraft fm 250, and to my utter amazement, my request was successful. I was absolutely chuffed as I am going to Greece to get married and this has given me peace of mind. This lady certainly went that extra mile and gave me a memorable experience. “This webpage is not authentic. When they get your money, they respond promptly, but when you want to withdraw money again, they never get back to you. “Terrible bank. Impossible to speak to sensible staff by phone, and they border on using harassing behaviour by sending endless letters and making unsolicited phone calls when a small problem could be sorted out quickly.
Local branches closed down so will have to take time off work to go into a branch.”
