“They asked for a review, although I've only had the jumper for a short while, and it's a birthday gift. I can however review the last garment we bought at the end of last year. The image I had printed on to it was good quality and did not fade much at all over the months despite the jumper being a favourite item. It endured being machine washed on many occasions.The fit was good, the material was pretty good quality too and durable (I've had things like this from elsewhere where the material was painfully thin). This purchase is actually a direct replacement for the one I got last year, it's still healthy, we need a bigger size due to my child's annoying habit of growing. I've got every faith the new one will be just as good. I should also mention that when I was creating the first one I made a few blunders along the way, but the Customer Service people were quick to respond, didn't leave me hanging for days and days and explained my errors in straightforward laymen's terms. If the new one does turn out to be rubbish I'll login here and immediately provide some scathing words. But I'd be surprised if that was necessary.”

“I was contacted before printing started to suggest that I should enhance the definition of the image. Having done that, I quickly received a first class product at a reasonable price. Exceptional all round customer service.”

“I used the website to design a hoodie. I found the process easy to follow and experimented with a number of designs. The Hoodie arrived very quickly and was of great quality and the design was very much as was expected so very pleased and will use them again.”

“Great to find a printer with good quality hoodies that my art could be put on. My customer wanted a specific artwork put onto a hoodie to give to someone to cheer them up. Lovely to say yes, I can get that done for you ! So Thankyou and I’ll be using this great service again.”

“Very impressed with the service. Was warned it might not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday due to the Royal Mail strikes but m6 dad received it within 29 hours of ordering & well in time for his birthday on Saturday. Will certainly use you again”
