“A very easy website to use. Very quick service. Would have liked a choice of colours for the bib, maybe a pale yellow or green but otherwise cannot fault the quality of the bib and printing. We had no issues with our order.”

“Not quite so happy this time,delay in order,as didn't have my size in tee shirt in stock,but didn't contact me,I emailed company and they were then very accomadating and got order out quick after choosing different colour... I felt the ladies tee shirt size XL does come up very small though,to very snug for a fuller figure lady,size 18 normally”

“Bought a custom embroided jacket for my wife's business. Ordered a small on 4 day delivery but when this wasn't the case I contacted customer service and by far the best customer service I have ever had held their hands up and admitted it hadn't been dispatched yet (mine was just a single jacket they were probably prioritising their bigger orders first which is just smart business) they quickly emailed me back saying that they apologise and upgraded my delivery to express for free which then turned up the next day! Unfortunately it was then the wrong size again mistakes happen but the quality was amazing and definitely worth the money paid so I figured it was worth again messaging and once again quick response and to my surprise they sent me a replacement with no hassle no fee no stress of returning the old one . I can't compliment this company enough despite the events that happened they completely turned it around , due to the quality of the item I would 100% return. So if your going to take anything from my experience take this Great quality Perfect price Outstanding customer service What happened to me probably won't happen to you I'm baseing this off how organised they was in all this and my situation I reckon was a fluke and doesn't normally happen. Highly recommended”

“Lovely printing and reasonable quality t-shirt....ordered for myself in a size XL as I'm a size 14 to 16 and I thought that would be plenty big enough, sadly its too small so I would advise to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger than it suggests....”
