“I did my Order the 8th of june. I have received an email to inform me that it has been despatched the 9th and 10 days after not receive yet? Or I have choose the "express" service to receive my order in 2-3 working days. I wrote emailS to the customer service, but no answer!!!!!! It is the first and the last time for me to buy on Tshirt studio!!!!”

“There was a print problem with my sweatshirts, a missing image. I contacted with customer service, they replied very polite and quick and they were very decisive. TShirt Studio resolved my problem in time and I am very happy with the result, best prize/quality. I fully recommend them.”

“Have bought about 10 cushions from here in the past usually for presents. Excellent value for money & good quality. Prompt delivery & well packaged. Excellent customer service too. I sent a picture that I hadn’t realised wouldn’t work well. I had a message & an email with full explanation, how to contact or submit another photo, which I did. I received a reply very quickly & was happy with the cushion. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their customer service. I would recommend this company totally.”
