“My fish arrived healthy and eating right out of the bag. It was packaged well, and everything was still warm despite February shipping in NewEngland. Email response time from customer service is not great, but a phone call is quickly answered. This was my second order with TSM and I will again. I highly recommend TSM for your fish.”

“All the fish came in looking extremely healthy and plump unlike my local fish stores around me. After acclimation their colors are super vibrant and immediately ate pellets, mysis and nori. Prices are a bit high but the quality of the fish ar by far the best I've personally seen.”

“The overall experience was good. The fish received was healthy and in good condition. However, when I placed the order, it asked me to pick a delivery date. However, I didn’t receive any shipping update on the selected delivery date. The next day I did get an email stating that the fish was going to be ready to be shipped the next day. The fact that they are calling the shipping date as delivery date is misleading and also they should ensure that the delivery dates displayed are accurate.”

“TSM was great! This was the first time we weren’t worried about any disease making it into our tank. The fish were delivered healthy and acclimated quickly. The orange oxides are beautiful as well. Already have several more orders for them when they return from the holidays!”

“My go to place for fish. Every fish I have bought from here has been extremely healthy and diseases free. I can not begin to express how important it is and how much heartache and headache you will save by introducing fish that are disease free to your system. I learned the hard way through the years. After a couple of shipments I now have full confidence in the steps tsm takes to insure the healthiest livestock is shipped out.”

“I ordered a white tail tang. FedEx delivered almost 9 hrs late. Even though the fish was stressed TSM packaged it very well. It came in fat and healthy, took about four days for it to eat I believe due to shipping stress. It’s going strong now eating like a pig. Very satisfied with TSM and will definitely order again.”
