“The delivery of the fish was very confusing. I had to pick the day they ship the fish not the day I was to receive the fish, which is different from every other online store I have ever used. Leading to me wasting extra days off of work. The customer service was terrible. When I showed frustration I was told to take my business elsewhere by the owner(Ray), even though the next day the picking of the delivery date process was changed on the website to fix the the problem I had. Weird way of saying I was right. Luckily the blue hippo tang I received(named Ray) is pretty healthy and has been in the tank for 3 weeks. All in all, the fish seems healthy but due to terrible customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere per Ray's request.”

“The fish arrived well packed, healthy and began eating a couple hours later after the lights came on and got settled in. I like the fact you use ups over fed ex, they can sit the box 📦 down following the instructions on the box😁”

“The fish I received are fantastic and this is my second order. All fish ate within the first few hours of being introduced. The only issue I have is that on my most recent order, I had a orange back fairy wrasse that was canceled and refunded for some reason. I wasn't notified until the order was already prepared for shipment. I would've love to have substituted for another wrasse as there were others I liked. Other than that, the fish have been excellent.”

“I received my purple tang yesterday and so far it is doing very well...looks healthy and is eating. Shipping was on time and the packaging was thorough. Communication from TSM was great.”

“AWESOME company with EXCELLENT customer service!! Had a loss with 2 fish ordered and TSM made it right! TSM had no control over the loss and still compensated me for my loss! A++ company! Yellow Tang I ordered is a BEAUTIFUL fish!! Will be back for more future purchases!! Thank you from one happy customer!!”
