“They have the best customer service and reply time I have had in a long time. Excellent packaging of my fish and with the shipment being delayed by ups for 2 extra days the fish was healthy and swimming around like it was just put in the bag.”

“Ordered many fish online prior to hearing about TSM but the quality is nots even close. Fish come fat, healthy, eating day one, and accustomed to home life. Never go anywhere else”

“First time ordering from TSM and I’m very pleased. The fish were packaged nicely, even though one of the bags was punctured and leaking in the box. The fish acclimated perfectly and all of them are exploring the tank within 24 hours. Will definitely order again!”

“Customer service was on point. I received a damaged Watchman Goby and I promptly responded with an email expressing my dissatisfaction. Josh immediately responded via phone and apologized.
