“Bought a small blue tang from TSM that unfortunately ended up passing away in quarantine. Communication was great and they were able to send another identical fish they had quarantined and ready to go. The first 1.5ish days in my tank, I wasn’t able to see much of the tang because it was no where to be found hiding somewhere deeeeep in the rocks. I expected the worst and thought the guy would be a goner, too scared to come out and eat. To my surprise, it slowly started poking its head out and by day 3 started eating like a complete pig. No signs of disease or ich as is common with non-quarantined blue tangs and he’s pacing the tank and warming up to his new home like a champ. The increased cost of these high quality fish is 100% worth it. Thank you guys!”

“I love TSM's quarantine practices. That is what keeps me coming back to them time and time again. They also ship fish and corals nicely. Everything arrives alive and healthy. I wish that they had a bit more inventory, and that their customer service chat was more quickly responsive, but I am picking nits. They are a great retailer and reefing resource.”

“This is my 3rd time ordering from TSM. I haven't ever been disappointed . This purchase was for 3 chalk bass. They are adorable. All three took up residence under 1 rock in the far end of my reef and hang together. So cool they aren't even fazed by the larger neighbors. TSM ships healthy fish, well packaged. I will be a repeat customer.”

“I ordered 3 Anthias, 2 were out the same wday and all 3 were eating the next morning. My only issue was that the shipping water was at 32ppt (tank is 35) so a longer than anticipated acclimation was needed.”
