“Purchased two purple tangs advertised as 3.5 to 4.5 inches. One arrived in good health the other not so much. Both were over 5 1/2 inches long. It is impossible to manage tank inhabitant additions in a thoughtful manner if your sizing is unreliable. One tang is in decent health the other remains in antibiotics. Was expecting an experience more consistent with my previous purchases from TSM. Especially considering that I paid more for quarantined fish.”

“Purchased 10 anthias (lyretail). One was DOA which I was refunded, but within the same day of receiving them 2 more died. They 2 dead ones came with popeye and tail rot.”

“I’m usually very happy with my orders of fishes. But this last batch left me a bit disappointed. I ordered a jewel wrasse and in the picture it showed a small one ( no option to pick for sizes) so I ordered one. When I received it, it was super big. Not everyone has a large tank that is suitable for such a big fish, if this was the case-I should’ve been notified that only XXL was available.”

“I purchased two frags. a Purple Rim Green Montipora capricornis Which was Grey when I picked it up about a week ago It hasn’t changed much it’s very sad looking. I had made a previous purchase when you were still allowed in the facility it was a bird’s nest since I was able to see what I was buying I got a great piece that’s still flourishing. I can’t help but think since you can’t enter the store anymore I paid them to take there garbage away Very disappointed”
