“The products are of outstanding quality. I am shred and I ordered an M size They have a very strong elastic band so you can fit as you wish. Textile is really nice looking. Shipping team is terrible, it tooks over a month to receive my product. I would have given 5 stars without a doubt but with such a bad shipping team, I had to give 4.”

“Make certain you order the correct size and fit. Tucann makes it very difficult to return the product and it takes a very long time to receive your credit. And please note that the refund is less a shipping charge unlike mostly all internet purchases. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM TUCANN EVER AGAIN!!!!!”

“Customer service is slow in responding to get my order delivered in time. They mentioned they contacted DHL to resolve this. However this request was not known there. Extremely bad service!”

“I'll give 2 stars for the swimmers which seem to be ok if not a bit loud in the design department. As for the customer service and delivery, they get zero. I would suggest they get their act together with these things. You don't lecture a customer making enquiries as to where their delivery is by reminding them of your dodgy 'terms and conditions', which of course favour tucann at every turn and not the customer. No apology and lots of running around from me with them and their courier to get a parcel in 7 business days. And if I hadn't spend 2 hours sending notes to tucann and their courier I still wouldn't have the goods. So many similar review issues about delivery and this business. I don't recommend due to their online only business model.”

“My order online has been awful, day after my order I was told 1 item out of stock, asked for a replacement, then Tucann only shipped 1 of the 2 items. Order was 2 weeks before a vacation, and will be lucky to get the 1st item before. Begging for them to cancel 2nd pair. Shorts look great, but this process has been awful.”

“I had a wonderful holiday at the brand new adults-only Margaritaville Island Reserve in Cap Cana. I purchased 2 swim shorts from Tucann and I have to say they are the most comfortable and stylish swimwear I have ever worn. The quality is outstanding and goodbye chafing forever. Lots of compliments and the wife loves them too!”
