“Make certain you order the correct size and fit. Tucann makes it very difficult to return the product and it takes a very long time to receive your credit. And please note that the refund is less a shipping charge unlike mostly all internet purchases. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM TUCANN EVER AGAIN!!!!!”

“Customer service is slow in responding to get my order delivered in time. They mentioned they contacted DHL to resolve this. However this request was not known there. Extremely bad service!”

“My order online has been awful, day after my order I was told 1 item out of stock, asked for a replacement, then Tucann only shipped 1 of the 2 items. Order was 2 weeks before a vacation, and will be lucky to get the 1st item before. Begging for them to cancel 2nd pair. Shorts look great, but this process has been awful.”

“My review isn’t Good. I still have the shorts with the tags and was in the middle of moving. The rep allowed me some time to get it you guys but I was moving an entire home and also wasn’t sure on how to print the return label. They have never been worn, And are simply too small. That’s a lot of money wasted for me when I can’t even wear them.”

“Bought my normal size and a size up Way too small around the waist and length (my boxers were more comfortable in a size down) pain in the ass to return and way too expensive”
