“Ordered perfect fit roller blinds for my French doors and they arrived and were beautiful however I discovered that I had measured the window incorrectly and they were too big. This was completely my fault and I contacted Tudor who told me not to worry I sent them back and Tudor sorted then to the correct size free of charge and never even charged me postage. They are on window now and fit perfect. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend them. I'm”

“When I sent my order in for a roller blind I had made a mistake with the width measurement. The company did not just make the blind and sent it to me. They emailed me to check if I had measured the window correctly. Thankfully they did this as I written it down wrongly. I would have been very disappointed and annoyed with myself if it had been actually made up. The blind has arrived and looking FAB in my bathroom. Thank you very much. Shirley Calder.”
