“I switched to apartments.com because I get my rent deposited faster into my account WITHOUT extra cost. ACH withdrawals do not cost my tenant anything extra either.”

We have partnered with Stripe, a payment processor that securely transfers money from your tenants to you. Our ACH direct payment is free for all users and takes 3-7 business days to process, but you can upgrade to our premium subscription, which will take 2-3 business days to process.
