“Turbotenant is probably the worst app I’ve ever run across they took the $45 fee with no problem looking at a property rent for 1000 they give you the landlords number who never answers the phone they gave me somebody else’s name Julie for turbotenant she doesn’t return calls there’s no follow up by these people at all I got onto a police department and less time that is taking me to get into a $1000 apartment no follow up if you call the corporate number no follow up”

“TurboTenant is the best CRM platform that helps landlords manage their rental properties through the who leasing cycle. I have been using it for the last 3 years and extremely satisfied with what it offers. I try to tap the full potential of this tool. It is also an extremely effective means to market properties such that it gets the most visibility. Thank you TurboTenant!!”

“I’ve had a great experience with tenant screening in Turbo Tenant. It’s cost effective and gives in depth info on potential tenants. The only thing I’d like to have is the ability to delete people/records as opposed to archiving them.”
