“The only problem is that it takes 5-6 days before I get my rent after my tenant made the payment. It should not take that long to transfer funds into my account once Turbo Tenant collects the money. I have only one tenant out of 19 tenants who pays by Turbo Tenant and I will not use it again unless they change their policy.”

“I have not gotten any calls for my rental unit. The platform is difficult to use and hard to navigate. It's as if I don't even have my unit listed anywhere at all.”

If you are ever having any difficulties navigating TurboTenant, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@turbotenant.com or via chat within your landlord account. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. I went ahead and took a look at your account and found that your properties are not being actively marketed online. When you're in your account, press the "Properties" button on the left side of the screen. This button will take you to your properties where you can turn marketing on or off. If you wish to market them at this time, hit the "Start Marketing Online" button found under the overview of each property. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. “I have had over 30 leads, they all want more information and the available date. Most think it's a house for rent or an apartment. WTF I have sent messages to every lead, have had three contact me. I have tried to go in and up date the information on my had, with no luck signing in. I'm not sure if these leads are phoney, or what the hell is going on. I'm done with your site. do not contact me.”

In regards to fake leads, when you market your rental with us, your rental listing is syndicated across 80 distribution sites. This is where potential leads discover your property and can reach out to you via your TurboTenant account. “My home NorCal was listed in one city and then listed for far less in another city in SoCal. TurboTenant was notified and worked quickly to rectify the issue however, since it was listed in cross platforms the damage had already been done.”

Hi there, John, I just took a look in our TurboTenant database and confirmed that one of our Customer Support teammates promptly responded to your request to remove the duplicate listing with the wrong rent price. They determined that the duplicate listing was not coming from our website, but still flagged it on Apartments.com.
