In general, the system is functioning well. However, the main concern is that the app and web versions have significant differences. Additionally, the app lacks user-friendliness and it is unclear why the home page contains marketing and unrelated content, particularly for subscription accounts. It would be more beneficial to prominently display the "renters" page instead of having users search for this specific section.

You changed the website from the last time I used it. It took me some time to figure out how to reply to leads. I like the website. I would like to do a video, but thus far I haven't figured out how to do it.

I think Turbo Tenant is a great platform for individual landlords like myself. Turbo Tenant has a lot of reputable affiliates who they share your listing to get optimum results.

Turbo tenant has made life easier for homeowners to rent out home without having to hire realtors. You can advertise, review prospective tenants, and track documents. You can also create a lease and collect rent payments.

I only have one unit and I used TT for marketing, and the application process and am now using the rent collection feature. Everything was pretty easy to figure out for my first time. The only problem I had was that when I stopped marketing the ad stayed on some of the sites for a good week after and had my phone number on them causing me a lot of wasted time fielding these calls. The bottom line, I will use them again next time.

Easy to navigate leads. Listing as described does not translate well to other affiliated rental searching websites.

I would love if we can separate invoices amongst different addresses. It's either all or one, and sometimes I need it to be on 2 or more. A multiple choice option would be nice. Would also like a reoccurring late fee. Right now only 1 late fee is assessed, but would be nice to accumulate until payment is made (ie $25 due first day late, $50 due 2nd day late, etc.).

Only wish is to shorten the time to process payments. Between Turbo Tenant and bank, the processing time is routinely a week.

Hi Joni, thanks for your review! Our standard ACH bank transfer processing time is 5-7 business days, and our ACH bank transfer with the premium subscription plan takes 3-5 business days. If you wish to receive rent payments in less than 3 business days, your tenant can choose the Debit/Credit card payment but there is a 3.49% convenience charge. If you require a faster deposit, your tenant can choose to pay with a credit/debit card for a 3.49% convenience charge.
