Everything that you provide is helpful and your services have helped me find better renters. By using Turbo Tennant, I’ve been able to screen my prospective renters better which has reduced my exposure to problems with bad tennants

1. Our company and some tenants have had and are having difficulty in setting up the bank accounts. 2. Please discontinue Turbo tenant asking the tenants if they have maintenance requests upon making their monthly rent payments. Some of them are submitting completely unnecessary requests. After the tenants made their first payment using Turbo tenant, it cost me a trip from California to Phoenix AZ to repair a problem that was present before I bought the building in 2013. Please eliminate this immediately and confirm this can be done before Sept payments are due. If there is a maintenance problem, tenants can submit a request when a problem arises. Turbo tenant does not need to provoke tenants to submit maintenance requests at the end of each month. I chose Turbo tenant to help simplify Property Management, not to cost me time and money on unnecessary maintenance.

Hi Melissa, thanks for your review! Typical ACH direct deposits take 5-7 business days to process and 2-3 business with our premium plan. If you require a faster deposit, your tenant can choose to pay with a credit/debit card for a 3.49% convenience charge. I am absolutely happy to pay for our services. Turbo tenant is a life saver, but I didn’t like that deposits went from pretty quick to seven days and still a few days (after paying to upgrade). I think they should be pretty well immediate or within a business day or two.

Hi Victoria, thank you for the feedback. We have partnered with Stripe, which is a payment processor that securely transfers money from your tenants to you. Typically, ACH direct deposits take 5-7 business days to process, and with our premium plan, it takes 2-3 business days to process. Many of our landlords see great success with finding tenants through our advertising, which syndicates to dozens of websites. We also provide a Chrome extension that will post your listing directly to Facebook Marketplace, a great place to find a reliable tenant.
