“I use TurboTenant to manage all of my rental properties and track expenses across all properties. I love the user-friendly interface, chat support, and ease of use for my tenants. Also of note is the ability to report tenants' on time rent payments to credit bureaus to help tenants improve their credit score. Unbeatable value!”

“The only problem is that it takes 5-6 days before I get my rent after my tenant made the payment. It should not take that long to transfer funds into my account once Turbo Tenant collects the money. I have only one tenant out of 19 tenants who pays by Turbo Tenant and I will not use it again unless they change their policy.”

“I can't believe how much value I am getting from Turbotenant for free (or for very little cost) In a matter of only a few hours I figured out how to use the software, set up a new property and assign a tenant, get a legal document and send it via "e-sign". So far I love it!”
