This application is not reliable, Lease option keeps showing errors, No customer support to help fixing issue,

In general, the system is functioning well. However, the main concern is that the app and web versions have significant differences. Additionally, the app lacks user-friendliness and it is unclear why the home page contains marketing and unrelated content, particularly for subscription accounts. It would be more beneficial to prominently display the "renters" page instead of having users search for this specific section.

You changed the website from the last time I used it. It took me some time to figure out how to reply to leads. I like the website. I would like to do a video, but thus far I haven't figured out how to do it.

Had a tenant having issues signing a lease. I emailed customer support but danny seemed more concerned about closing the support call instead of helping me or the tenant

Terrible customer support. Terrible app. Constantly getting errors on the app when trying to pay. They processed my payment twice after showing an error and the payment not going through the first time. Then I get told they will not reverse the second payment. DO NOT TRUST TURBO TENANT WITH YOUR MONEY!

Don't use this service. I applied for an apartment using it and the landlord wasn't able to view the application nor was I after submitting it. I ended up having to re-submit a second application via email. Then TurboTenant refused to refund me or acknowledge that there was an access error.

A scammer used turbo tenants to appear as the actual owner of a property. Scammed me out of $1500

They charged me one time $100 and it was just for one month, I didn’t get any tenant. Never again with this Company

Potential renters did not like the cost of the application fee so I had to take their Zillow application.

One thing to note, a lot of landlords that use that site (rhymes with "pillow") end up using our applications & screening report. As the landlord, you can require renters to use a specific application when screening as long as you require the same of all interested tenants. Total ripoff! After paying them for the premium subscription, I haven't been able to log in to my account for months. I complained and asked for a refund for $99, and never able to receive one. Buyers beware!
