“The premium services offered by Turbotenant has helped me to process applications, run credit and background checks to include prepare and sign leases all from the convenience from my phone or computer. Ive tried other rental management software but Turbo Tenant does everything for me. Its been a real game changer especially if i need additional forms related tom rental activities. Gime them a shot and you'll be hooked also!”

“Turbotenant is the best landlord aid I've seen out there. They provide good leads from all over the internet, and will let people fill out a rental appliction, and a lease agreement too.”

“I just cannot stand all the ads. Haven't even used it much but I cannot get this add to review it off my screen. So for that, it is 1 star.”

“I've used this program for two years. Great candidates, love the screen process for tenants and the fact that you can personalize it. Having the lease accessible on-line and tailoring it to your needs make it easier than a paper copies.”

“Turbo Tenant makes me look so professional with all that I can do from beginning to end during rental process and while the tenants are residing in my rentals. I can do workorders, interact with them, charge deposits, rent and more! My tenants and I love it!”

“I will give 5 stars to customer service because Brian was very very helpful to me in figuring out how to get my lease process completed. I would give Turbo Tenant 3 stars - they offer such a comprehensive service and would deserve 5 stars - except navigating the web pages is chaotic and there is too much busy content - some of which is simply advertising and marketing. You are doing such a great job - all the hype is not necessary and it gets in the way of ease in navigating.”
