Some Renters are still mistaken room rental for apartment rental.

The software is great for managing tenant, maintenance, and collecting rent. The background screening is accurate. I like the service. It would be nice if it was better suited to handle my mid-term furnished rentals.

Turbo Tenant is easy to use and very convenient for my tenants. I wish it were easier me(landlord) to toggle between the different properties we have instead of having to logout each time to switch properties. We have to keep them seperate because they are different entities/LLC's.

I would give the website 5 stars for ease of use. The tutorials and articles are easy to use. I like the pre-screening questions and the application form, but we have had plenty of people who like our space but don’t want to fill out the application. I still ask every interested person to do it. So far no one has submitted one, which is disappointing. The mobile app (where I am writing this review) is terrible, so I brought the 5 stars down to 4. Text overlaps so it is unreadable, it only shows three of seven leads right now, and messaging doesn’t work. I am not happy with the mobile app at all, but as I use my laptop 80% of the time, I only dropped my opinion one star. I feel confident that we will soon be renting to some quality people with the help of TurboTenant.

Long time landlord. Hesitant yo use this platform, but have been very please. Leased 2 properties in 1st 3 weeks, if that long. Will continue to use for leasing, lease creation and payments.

This has been a lifesaver to property management and to list rentals. I am still finding all of the useful tools and has made finding forms, drafting a lease and marketing apts a breeze. The rent collection was a little clunky at first and one time it got transferred to the wrong account but its all been fixed and their chat/customer support is great as well!

Turbotenant is great as a basic software. It's definitely better than the Google Sheets, which is how I was managing previously. For the cost, I would definitely recommend Turbotenant. I would pay more though to have some of the quirks of the website fixed and improve their UI. Customer service has been very responsive, and usually ends up with 'we will put that in the suggestion box for the developers'. I don't know if any of my requests will get fulfilled, but we'll see! I gave it a 4/5 overall becuase I think it's a valuable tool that could become a very valuable tool with some updates in UI (make it more customizable)/Security (Turbotenant does not log you out after a long period of being open in your browser)/etc.

The program does a great job with managing leases and payments what's missing for me as a property manager is the ability to set up and schedule sending reminders to my tenants to change AC filters and other necessary maintenance items.
