“I only have one unit and I used TT for marketing, and the application process and am now using the rent collection feature. Everything was pretty easy to figure out for my first time. The only problem I had was that when I stopped marketing the ad stayed on some of the sites for a good week after and had my phone number on them causing me a lot of wasted time fielding these calls. The bottom line, I will use them again next time.”

“This is a great product/service! It has made my life as a landlord much easier to manage the selection process, document signatures & storage as well as the payment process!
