“I love the app! I've been able to do background checks, schedule no contact showings, have leases signed and received rental payments through this portal. I enjoy the resources and information available for landlords. My only issue is I wish I had the option to invite prospects to a showing directly, instead of having to send a copied link. I also, had 1 application come through without income verification other than that the app is amazing for the price!!”

“This is such an essential tool and virtual partner I would not know how to live without! Centralizes all of my property management. Make rent payments & reminders easy for my tenants, & has all the tools I need to make my life so much more simple! Moreover, it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg eating up my meager profits cause I gotta eat! Oh, & customer service gets all the gold stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Love the service and how the app is very easy to setup and use.”

“Inflexible interface with very narrow perimeters. User profiles and property descriptions are channeled into ill fitting descriptions. Information is restructured/changed with no option to correct that information. Owner/manager information improperly posted/exposed online. Endless, constant hard sell to use their pay-for products. Their "free" listing service is not worth the cost. Next time I will just stick with craigslist.”
