“The online system is nice to invite people to apply but as a landlord it would be great to be able to see the progress of applicants. I’ve emailed the application to several candidates but they didn’t submit the application. I’d like visibility to know where they stop filling in the application or the ability to prompt them to complete it!”

If you are ever having any difficulties navigating TurboTenant, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@turbotenant.com or via chat within your landlord account. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. I went ahead and took a look at your account and found that your properties are not being actively marketed online. When you're in your account, press the "Properties" button on the left side of the screen. This button will take you to your properties where you can turn marketing on or off. If you wish to market them at this time, hit the "Start Marketing Online" button found under the overview of each property. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
