“Wish there was better support when first trying to figure out the functionaorganization. Chat was slow and phone support was not available. Cohesiveness of wording. Example- Add Lead and then submit. Could be more clear with Add Lead and then add. Otherwise pretty cool for organization.”

“The recent lease I got had at least one fairly big error. It said there was only a 2 day grace period before a late fee is charged. Virginia law requires 5 days grace period. Am I wrong?”

“TT makes listing a property easy. Writing the description and storing pictures is the hard part for me. I always forget where I save them and the pictures I want to use. TT stores my description and pictures, so all i have to do is click and boom my property is posted to 20+ websites FOR FREE. The preliminary screening questions work wonders for me. They allow you to pre-screen for qualified tenants. I have not used it for rent collection, yet, but I am sure it is just as flawless as the rental listing side.”
