I j got a lot of responses when people misunderstood the cost was a per room cost and not the entire cost of the apartment. Took me forever to figure out how to change the ad.

I have a possible tenant, however the number she gave is not in work condition. AUBREY, I canot get a hold of her.

We recommend reaching out to the tenant via any other contact information they may have provided or trying to connect through the messaging system on our platform. The auto pay system does not work as smoothly as it should. After not receiving payments made by tenants I had to reach out to find out why. I had already provided the needed information to valid the account and started receiving payments then all of a sudden stopped. Danni was able to communicate and help - but even after that, received another request for the same information that was previously sent.

Potential renters did not like the cost of the application fee so I had to take their Zillow application.

Hi Brad! Thanks for the review of TurboTenant! We really appreciate the feedback. One thing to note, a lot of landlords that use that site (rhymes with "pillow") end up using our applications & screening report. As the landlord, you can require renters to use a specific application when screening as long as you require the same of all interested tenants. Loved everything about your services and events (5 star) until your Security Certificate update in May. I get messages that your website may be unsafe. I can no longer log in. KC tried very hard to help but we could only determine the cause and I still cannot log in without dropping my firewall. Only limited aspects of the app work.

1. Our company and some tenants have had and are having difficulty in setting up the bank accounts. 2. Please discontinue Turbo tenant asking the tenants if they have maintenance requests upon making their monthly rent payments. Some of them are submitting completely unnecessary requests. After the tenants made their first payment using Turbo tenant, it cost me a trip from California to Phoenix AZ to repair a problem that was present before I bought the building in 2013. Please eliminate this immediately and confirm this can be done before Sept payments are due. If there is a maintenance problem, tenants can submit a request when a problem arises. Turbo tenant does not need to provoke tenants to submit maintenance requests at the end of each month. I chose Turbo tenant to help simplify Property Management, not to cost me time and money on unnecessary maintenance.

I am absolutely happy to pay for our services. Turbo tenant is a life saver, but I didn’t like that deposits went from pretty quick to seven days and still a few days (after paying to upgrade). I think they should be pretty well immediate or within a business day or two.

Hi Victoria, thank you for the feedback. We have partnered with Stripe, which is a payment processor that securely transfers money from your tenants to you. Typically, ACH direct deposits take 5-7 business days to process, and with our premium plan, it takes 2-3 business days to process. I switched to apartments.com because I get my rent deposited faster into my account WITHOUT extra cost. ACH withdrawals do not cost my tenant anything extra either.

Our ACH direct payment is free for all users and takes 3-7 business days to process, but you can upgrade to our premium subscription, which will take 2-3 business days to process. Good Day. Have not received one lead yet from any of the sites you advertise on, including yours. In the past, I received a good number of leads. Not sure why. Am disappointed.
