“Laura has been very helpful and a great go between as the seller was extremely nervous and eager for things to move incredibly quickly. She was always contactable, even at what seemed like out of office hours. Even though the office is based in Cheltenham and we are nowhere near that location, it didn't cause any issues. I would definitely consider using Turtle in the future.”

“I had my home on sale with Turtle Homes from January to August. They were very capable and help me in every way possible with suggestions for sales, pictures, the pricing and they helped my sale attempt in a very capable way. I would recommend Turtle homes to any one looking for a for a national coverage for a sale. P Wild”

“I was delighted with the excellent service I received from Turtle Homes who were always very efficient in arranging viewings and acted in a courteous and friendly fashion . They also did the necessary "vetting" of any prospective buyers who made an offer and did the due diligence when a selling price agreed with the actual buyer to ensure the sale had the best possible chance of proceeding to completion . Actually , I felt the experience was better than I have experienced in the past from traditional High Street agents when selling my home . I can confidently recommend Turtle Homes to anyone who is keen on using an online agent to sell their property .”

“Turtle Homes sold my mums home within 3 days of it being on the market. Richard was extremely efficient and provided feedback at each stage. Really good value without spending the usual estate agent fees. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!”

“This was my first experience of an online agent having done things the traditional way before, however at a price of under £500 I was prepared to give things a go. Communication was excellent via phone and email and a local photographer came round within a couple of days and took great photos. We were live on the web as fast as I could confirm the details and within 24 hours I had 2 viewings both who made offers and with Richard and Yasmins brilliant negotiating, one at the asking price (£20k over a local agents valuation). Our sale proceeded under Turtlehomes guidance and all seemed well until my buyer became ill and unfortunately was unable to exchange. Yasmin helped calm the storm by getting us back on the market swiftly and within 48 hours we had 3 offers and a full asking price offer which has now completed. Richard and especially Yasmin have been the most professional, approachable and efficient agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will certainly be using Turtlehomes in the future and would heartily recommend.”
