“Opted for the £395 package that allowed unlimited listing as this seemed excellent value. As it turned out, we could have benefited from the ultra low £195 fee as a number of viewings were arranged in the first week and an offer was accepted within five days. Laura responded promptly to our emails (initially, there was an error in the listing and the Rightmove listing was standard not premium as advertised) and these issues were resolved very quickly. We initially felt that it was a bit of a gamble selling through an online estate agent, but the service was excellent throughout (including chasing our somewhat pedestrian solicitor) and we would not hesitate to use Turtle Homes again.”

“I found Turtlehomes on line and took a gamble as I had never heard of them but from the initial phone call right through to completion I always had a point of contact, Laura and Gareth kept me well informed at all times and Laura even went out of her way to assist when it should have been my solicitors job. I would most definitely recommend Turtlehomes and would use them again. Also I would like to add that compared to most of the local agents, they were much nicer to deal with and no less of a disadvantage, as when we were looking at properties I found the agents unable to answer a lot of our questions!”

“I can't see how any traditional estate agent could have done anything more than Turtle. Laura was always helpful and came back to me quickly. The standard of the photography of my house was excellent - far better than photographs of other properties on Rightmove. I would use them again - and they were recommended to me in the first place. And of course, MUCH cheaper :-)”

“This is the most professional company we have ever used to sell a house. We dealt mostly with Gareth who was very knowledgable. When selling a house you need everything completed as soon as possible and Gareth was always available and would repond almost immediately to anything that had to be done. On the few occassions he was not available Laura was there and equally efficient. They make a great team. They were there every step of the way, from the viewings to the negotiations to dealing with the conveyancing solicitors. We were pleasantly surprised as they exceeded our expectations.”

“I am glad I choose Turtle homes as my selling agents as they proved to be helpful, efficient, and responsive to my needs. The fact that they didn’t have local offices was overcome with good local links and knowledge. Although my property sold quickly, the fact that there was no time limit to the agency agreement was reassuring. Overall Turtle homes were excellent value for money and I would recommend them to any prospective seller.”

“I used Turtle Homes in February this year to sell my home, I found them very friendly and professional. They would always let me know what was happening and would ask me how I felt in regards to price and selling etc, their photographer was a nce fella who would also cooperate well with me, the whole experience proved very satisfactory, thanks again.”

“Excellent value when selling my property. The photos and floor plan were completed and looked great, which was all part of the price. “I have recently purchased a house marketed by Turtle Homes and had regular contact with Laura whom I found to be friendly, helpful, efficient and professional at all times. Laura responded promptly to all my communications and went beyond the call of duty by responding to emails outside business hours and even on her days off! I would certainly use Turtle Homes next time I want to sell a house.”

“I chose to use their basic package for £195 which lists the property on rightmove etc. I was quoted £1,800 from a local estate agent. I was a bit concerned that they were not local to my property (Rotherham). I needn't of worried. Everything was handled by email and phone, with extremely quick communication. I dealt with Laura throughout the process, she couldn't be more helpful and attentive even though i had the basic package. In summary I thoroughly recommend turtle homes.”

“Found turtle homes very good,considering they are much less expensive than high street agencies they did far more for us, dealing with our enquires straight away and very friendly and proffessional,we have used the high street estates agencies in the past but would not use again after this experience would certainly use turtle again.”
