Put on a bracket then produced a bill for £240 an elderly lady on her own!
Was only there 30 minutes.”

“Total rip off Steer Clear of TV Aerial Company - had 4 way splitter, cable run, small amount of trunking and TV retune, 2 fitters there 1 hour, charged £258.00 equates to £100 each per hour plus £58 for materials, insisted on cash, daylight robbery, to add insult to injury this was for a person with severe learning disabilities who is due out of hospital this week after being in 14 weeks therefore we needed it doing in a rush.”

rang there office in morning they said engineer would be calling that afternoon to give estimate for work required
engineer rand 4-50pm had no idea what was going on i had a missed call at 2-00pm tried to ring back no answer so rang office they said my missed call was not from there engineer then when i contacted them after speaking with engineer they said he had been trying to ring me all afternoon
absolute shambles of a company would never recommend”
“Engineer Lee came to make adjustments to the aerial signal buy replacing an aerial part he said this would sort out the glitching on our TV
The cost was £189.00
The TV is still glitching !!!
Contacted company to check the fault but required a further £49.00 call out fee
What an absolute rip off this company are.

“Had a engineer come out called James to look at my aerial,started get a bit writes on me going on about religion, aurora's ect.he continued to look at the job gave me a quote that was very high but then gave me a discount.after about 10 minutes I heard loud shouting on the street and it was him running up and down shouting about knocking people over.i rang the office and was told to close door and ring police if I wanted to it was very un nerving as I was there on my own.job was done satisfactory but not a very nice experience.x”
“Paid £60 for a tuning service but left me with equipment that was working not working! Told me I need an aerial upgrade, had a local company in the following day to test signal, who assured me everything is fine, signal level and signal quality both excellent. Tried to rip me off, luckily I didn’t book them in to carry out further works as I didn’t warm to the “engineer” in the first place. Really would avoid. Since learned they are a national company trying to pose as local.”
“Can't fault this company. They call you back very quick. Next day appointment no problem. Sort out problems quickly. Enginner call Ben polite a caracter who knows his job. Clean and tidy. Will recommend the company to friends.”
“Enquired to have box aerial removed as tree was interfering with signal. Engineer told me it wasn't the tree and the dish was faulty which he replaced. On leaving the exact same fault remained as previous. They didn't even rake the old dish away and left it in my neighbours drive. Absolute rip off”

Engineer came to align a satellite (which was installed by them a year ago) and it didn't work the day after. Both, the engineer and the company director told me that I have to pay for another alignment visit.
Refused to honor 2 years warranty on their equipment.
Manager was incredibly rude, didn't even let me finish one sentence.
Claimed my money back through consumer protection.”
“Superb service once the engineer arrived. He did far more than we expected and left us very happy indeed with everything working perfectly.
It is a pity that the office back up was less organised and promises were made, postponed and delayed again. The engineer knew none of this and we should have been given a more realistic time schedule initially. He restored our faith. Now get things sorted on the phone please.”
