“After reading some of the bad reviews about TW I was a bit hesitant to order. However, I'm happy I ignored them! I received a call the day after ordering to say the Dewalt impact gun I had ordered was only available in the hogring version and did I still want it? I did. Despite having not paid for express delivery I received the delivery the next day. Great service, thoroughly recommended”

“Radio delivered promptly, but failed within a week. Rather than replace, TW sent me to Bosch Professional for a warranty claim. Bosch were efficient in picking the machine up and saying a replacement would be with me in 3-5 days. A week later, Bosch tell me they are now waiting on stock so I have no idea when a replacement is coming. Next time I’ll probably go to a dealer with a better returns policy. :-(”
