“Order was great when I eventually found it delivered to the wrong address. Courier company delivered to the wrong person - their database is clearly out of date - they delivered to the company who used to be in the premises on the order not to the premises!”

“Fantastic product at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, caring and customer-focused. However, the actual delivery was a shambles! There was no communication at all to inform/confirm delivery (despite the shop staff going the extra mile to make this as smooth as possible) - the guy just turned up at the door and dumped the pallets on the driveway! Really not impressed”
