“Following a problem with my order I was contacted promptly by a member of the sales team and offered an alternative product. The salesman was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Service was very good and I will use this company again. [The only tiny drawback was the delivery.which took 4 working days after dispatch but that could have been down to the Post Office].”

“Bought a Hilka 3-tier Service Cart. A very keenly priced, good quality product for my DIY car workshop. There was a minor delay in delivery owing to the item being temporarily out of stock, but TW Wholesale came back to me quickly and explained the situation. Their communication and customer care was excellent; I will definitely by from them again. Highly recommended.”

“On looking in various garden centres, i only found one local that stocked the Kew garden range of garden tools that i was interested in. Unfortunately their range was very limited. A google search led me to said company, and they had the full Kew garden range at a much lower price than i could find any where else online. Very easy to order on their web site and order came very quickly excellent service.”

“Very professional company ,take the time to contact customer when there's a slight delay on delivery. Milwaukee power tools. Need I say more. These are brilliant. Have loads of Milwaukee gear now after trying most other brands over the last 40years and these really are different. Love there it. Many thanks for good old fashioned service as well. Well done.”

“Never dealt with TW Wholesale before, but I will certainly deal with them again. They were extremely helpful, managed to get me the goods I needed as soon as they could and were very pleasant and helpful when I went to pick them up. Also bought an extra bit of kit while I was there. Thank them for their help they will definitely see me again.”
