“First time I've purchased from this company. On day I place my order, I received email to say goods had been despatched, but 8 days later goods had not arrived so I emailed the company. Received a personal phone call next day with genuine apology and full explanation for regrettable delay. Goods then arrived as promised the very next day. The mark of a good/excellent company is not that they never make mistakes, it's that they immediately take action to resolve problems. I am very pleased with this company and would it hesitate to deal with them again.”

“We were looking for a specific set of Bosch powertools, and TW Wholesale were better priced by a country mile! In fact the price was so good, I thought it too good to be true. But after researching the company, and reading these reviews, I was reassured enough to try them out. They delivered the expected high quality product the next day, had very thorough communications, and will be my first choice from now on for any tools.”

“Bought a SIP Dust collector which was damaged on arrival. TW Wholesale upon my phone call sent another straight out for next day delivery and collected the damaged one. Customer service like this needs to be highly recognised. Cannot fault this company in any way. They deserve 10 stars”

“I ordered 3 items from TW Wholesale, on their January free postage offer. The item I most wanted was at an extremely competitive price. The other two I picked from their special offers list. Unfortunately these two things were out of stock but TW phoned me promptly to let me know, and the item I most wanted was delivered the next day.”
