“I haven’t even received it yet a very poor service and corespondents wise awful I wouldn’t recommend these at all to order anything The above comments are all my fault because I put the wrong address sorry”

We can see that you have already received some of your items, however, your further items weren't delivered due to you not being available to take the delivery. “delivery driver left parcel outside in the rain without me knowing found it out there at night lucky it wasn’t stolen!!!! Doesn’t come with a trowel case comes with a plastic box”

Hi Dominic, Thanks for your review. We can confirm that absolutely everything in this picture is included in what you have bought. The trowel case comes with specific density foams that are cut to size and include internal cuts allowing you to slot your trowel into the foam - it isn't a just a 'plastic box'. “The delivery packaging was very poor, the drill wasn't even in a box just some bubble wrap around the drill n put in a delivery grey bag. Unsure if drill is damaged due to being a Christmas present.”
