“Ordered on Monday at midday for next day delivery, part was needed urgently. Checking online at Tuesday dinnertime, the package hadn't been sent out and would mean no delivery till Wednesday. Emailed on Tuesday to find out why and didn't get a reply, part turned up Wednesday. Paid next day delivery, so would've been nice for sales to at least let me know it wasn't turning up. Can't see me using again, unless it absolutely necessary.”

Hi John, Sorry for the delay with your parcel. We shipped the order on the same day before 3pm however, it seems like there was a delay with DPD at their sorting hub which is why it arrived a day late - likely caused by the snow and ice in certain parts of the UK affecting their operations. “Tw wholesale I have no problem with your customer service but I was let down by dpd who left my parcel outside on the doorstep after I told them leave with a neighbour or my safe place in my garage so I never received it it was stolen”
