Poor service from the very beginning paid for next day delivery arrived 3 days later no answers available other than blaming the courier then when arrived damaged looks like it’s been used and definitely not brand new. Shop elsewhere very unhelpful first time use and last

Hi Ashley, Sorry to see that your order didn't arrive in time. Unfortunately, our carrier had a delay at their depot which was out of our control. Paid for next day delivery. Didn't come. I then asked for delivery to a different address where i waited all day and so missed a day of work, only for the delivery to go to the original address. Absolute rubbish

I am still waiting to receive the product, the courier company your have sent it with DX saying they tried to deliver but they have attempted it because I have been home waiting for it since Thursday. Now they saying it’s coming on Monday, Let’s see if it arrives.

I have a picture of your front door, so I know the driver was there. Luckily, your parcel is due to be delivered to you today between 12:56 and 14:56. Not received can’t review, evri (Hermes) have not delivered yet again, not sure why company’s used this delivery company, personally would rather pay a little more for my postage and receive it.........

Hi Patrick, It appears that Evri attempted to deliver your parcel on the 15/03/2022 at 11:30am but your main gates were closed and the driver could not access your property. Please use the reschedule delivery facility that should have been texted to you to get your hands on your order. Thanks, TW

Bought this because it said 'in stock'. It is not. Why say in stock, next day delivery blah blah, when you have to wait 4 weeks?

Hi Paul, Thanks for leaving your review - despite making every effort to contact you in a reasonable timeframe to inform you that Werner/Youngman was unfortunately out of stock of the ladder you had ordered, without giving us prior notice beforehand. We understand this is an inconvenience to you and fully respect your decision to leave the review that you have, however, we would appreciate it if you could reflect upon the level of service you received from us after you had placed your order to make a more informed decision. That being said, you have told us you're happy to wait for the stepladder and don't mind the wait as it appears the majority of the UK are out of stock. To reiterate, it appears your order was miss-routed through the delivery network but should be expected for delivery within the next day or two. 5 days late still not arrived tried to call 5 times no answer still saying its not left the shop ordered if to go back to work with started back yesterday

Case is broken and fastening clips. Obviously happened before packaging as missing pieces not in parcel. Poor quality control. Mot impressed as Christmas presentation .

Hi David, Thanks for your review - sorry to see you haven't received your order yet. We've investigated your parcel and it appears to have been misrouted by the courier to an incorrect depot which has caused the delay. It did leave us on time and was expected to be with you the next day. That being said, according to your tracking it is scheduled to be delivered today or tomorrow. Still not delivered It’s now Friday, my item should have been delivered Thursday, I waited in all day, was then told Friday, again waited in all day still not arrived and can’t get hold of anyone. I’m not happy. Another day waited in today (Saturday) and still no delivery, this is shocking service
