“Fantastic product at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, caring and customer-focused. However, the actual delivery was a shambles! There was no communication at all to inform/confirm delivery (despite the shop staff going the extra mile to make this as smooth as possible) - the guy just turned up at the door and dumped the pallets on the driveway! Really not impressed”

“Sent products that were about to go out of date. Called them to explain I was unhappy about that - it was mentioned it would be c. 1 year use by on the website. Was told that I would have to pay for them to be returned, which obviously I was unhappy about. I’m still waiting for a call back from them which I was promised. Absolute nightmare, currently spent a huge amount of money on a product that will be worth nothing by the time I come to use it in a few months.”

Hi Camille, Thanks for your review. As we have mentioned on the phone, there is nothing wrong with the product and is still perfectly usable. None of our tubs are about to go out of date and at the earliest, it is the end of September for our first batch - if the bags inside the tubs remain sealed the product actually has a much longer expiry date than detailed; the product can even be stored in water once opened for up to a month. You will need to return the products at your cost if you wish to change the tubs, this is standard practice from any retailer. Regards, TW Wholesale
