“I recently ordered and received a 21mm 1/2" square drive spark plug socket. On the TW Wholesale site this item was not listed as being any particular brand, but when I received it I found it was manufactured by Laser. Laser is a top-quality brand and I was both surprised as well as delighted to realise this. You'd never have thought it for the price being charged.”

“Hasn't been received as of yet. Was told by the delivery company the package was bigger than expected so needs a different delivery and herd nothing from them since. Should have been delivered 2 days ago Not impressed at all with your delivery courier”
