“Delivered the product quickly and at a very competitive price. Provided a range of options to resolve a battery issue caused by the manufacturer. Chosen option was deliverd the following day at no extra cost. Great customer service so would highly recommend - thx”

“The missing connector has nothing to do with the gas CYLINDER, as you keep repeating and not understanding. Its the outlet as I keep repeating millions of times ( well I exaggerate slightly but you get the picture). Then they have the audacity to make out as if I've been wrong and unreasonable. Technically inept box shifters.... They asked if I could remove this review as "It has been dealt with"!! bludy cheek”

Hi George, as we explained to you on the phone numerous times, the connector is not supplied because it's typically supplied as standard from any reputable dealer that supplies canisters. Also, as previously advised, we are more than happy to issue you a full refund if you return your product. “I already have this tote and decided to buy another asvthe quality of toughbuilt is excellent. The item arrived fast but unfortunately it was squashed and really out of shape, probably had alot of weight on it in transit. I have tried to reshape it and hopefully it will keep its shape but maybe better boxed next time ? Cheers , lee”

“Does the job i suppose but its just a plastic box & square foam. From the description i thought the foam would be cut out for trowels. Save yourself money buy a cheap plastic box from B&M for a fiver n bit of foam job done as thats all this box is”
