“Received parcel which had been chucked over the back fence, beautiful trowel, small dint on the lower level which I wasn't to happy about but don't have the time to send back”

“Used TW Wholesale for a number of tools in the past and always had great service. Unfortunately might item hasn’t arrived when stated on two different occasions. The courier are absolutely useless, there tracking is not upto date and there contact procedure is shocking!”

“The Universal Brake Rewind kit was unfortunately not so universal for the Ford Focus MkIII. The adjustable 2-pin end piece adaptor was too deep when including the backplate within the caliper as required. Would not have been an issue if the option to use the alternative separate two-pin fixed spacing adaptor had matched the caliper piston holes. The pin spacing was just too wide by a few millimeters, or so the pin sides had to be carefully filed away to fit. Apart from these issues the tool functioned as expected on the Ford Focus rear disk calipers!!! Would I recommend it - yes - the concept is good & just needs more care in the design.”

“Hasn't been received as of yet. Was told by the delivery company the package was bigger than expected so needs a different delivery and herd nothing from them since. Should have been delivered 2 days ago Not impressed at all with your delivery courier”

“Purchased 2 reels and 1 had damage to the hose connector. I still have to discuss this with TW. This issue is one from the main supplier Silverline.”

“TW had everything I required at a good price the products were all as stated. However the delivery system let them down. Delaying my project by over 2 weeks. (The delivery was only 2 days late but the knock on effect has mental I ran out of time to complete the project before returning to work).”

“Base is good, inside of it is also good. One big flaw is the plastic handle for pulling that bag doesn't seem steady as I am a handyman myself and do understand from such things. This tool bag I have returned!”

“Excellent price, prompt, no hassle, service and delivery. Item packaging damaged, also cosmetic damage on the item itself. Including wires exposed on the power cord. We have photos. Am yet to test it, sure it works fine.”

“seems to be a shortage of mortar stands at the time of writing this review, so prepared to pay a higher price . Quality product. Unfortunately it does not sit flat on the floor. Whether it was damaged in transit or it is a manufacturing fault I can't say. Packaging was extremely poor. Looked like it was wrapped in a rubbish sack. I called TW Wholesale and was put on hold for half hour before I hung up. Trying to resolve the matter . I will keep you informed.”

We have asked you to supply images of your spot board stand so we can send these to the Supplier for inspection and hopefully organise a replacement to be sent to you. “Radio delivered promptly, but failed within a week. Rather than replace, TW sent me to Bosch Professional for a warranty claim. Bosch were efficient in picking the machine up and saying a replacement would be with me in 3-5 days. A week later, Bosch tell me they are now waiting on stock so I have no idea when a replacement is coming. Next time I’ll probably go to a dealer with a better returns policy. :-(”

“Item was in good condition, however, it didn’t come within the 1-3 days as stated on the website and that was the only reason why I ordered from TW because I needed this tool quickly, I and because it was delivered late the item was no longer needed because I ended up having to buy a trowel elsewhere.”
