“I had never heard of this company before until Google pointed me towards them. They had the items I was looking for and at the cheapest price I'd seen. One item was out of stock but a phone call to let me know and suggest an alternative product was made very quickly. I received my order the very next day, which was well packaged. Highly recommended and I will always include TW Wholesale in my searches from now on when looking for new tools.”

“I needed replacement shafts for a sledgehammer and a garden fork. Found both on the easy-to-use TW Wholesale website and at very reasonable prices too. Ordering was simple and they were despatched almost instantly. Delivery was to a Scottish Highland address but unlike some, there was no added delivery surcharge. Both handles look to be good quality. Have used this company before and will do so again.”

“After searching on line for the type and specification of this compressor I found TW Wholesale had one. Never dealt with them before but if this is the normal standard of service they offer then I can do nothing but highly recommend them. I ordered the compressor late Thursday night and was on the door step Monday morning at 07:00. So ordering was good and easy, price was the best on the web and delivery was spot on what more can I say. I will use them again.”

“On finding this site i was extremely impressed by the overall layout, very easy to negotiate and everything was laid out clearly, on ordering, this has to be one of the best sites on the web, even a total computer novice would have no problem. Prices are excellent and i am very happy with the overall quality of the goods i ordered, a friend with a great deal of knowledge of these particular goods was also very impressed with the quality. As for delivery, equally faultless, the five star perfect rating i have awarded is totally justified. I shall not hesitate to place future orders as and when i require something. The web designers of this site deserve much praise.”

“I order a SIP table saw with carriage arm, which was not a stock item on a Saturday 29th June. the gentleman at the shop phoned first thing on the Monday morning to advise me it would take up to 17 days. He was courteous and explained that it would come directly from the manufacturer. The table saw has arrived today. and we are pleased that it has come earlier than expected”

“After spending several unsuccessful hours visiting local plumbers merchants in search of an unusual size box spanner, I decided to look online and discovered TW Wholesale. I rang at 3.55pm and was told the item would have to be ordered in but that they would be able to receive it and despatch it to me the next day. I thought this unlikely because of the late hour but decided to order anyway...the guy I spoke to was friendly & helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a despatch confirmation email the following day and true to word, the out-of-stock item was delivered within 48hrs. Truly impressed - thank you TW Wholesale!”
