“I haven't received these items yet, because you have used hermes as your courier. This is unadvisable, due to their incompetence. I will keep you updated as and when I receive my products.”

“An excellent service! I ordered 3 joinery starter kits using a link forwarded to me by one of the contractors I work with. The following day I received a follow up call from one of your employees; Craig Hill. I needed another 12 kits for various trades and didn't really know where to start. Craig put them all together for me including a tool bag for each and then set up individual links to the superstore website, so that I could go on and order and pay for them. They all arrived within 48 hours of the order being placed. The tools are good quality and very competitively priced. I can't thank Craig enough, he is absolute life saver. I will definitely use Tool Superstore again!”
