“TW Tool superstore were easy to deal with, helpful, and delivery was 2 days using Hermes, received undamaged and complete. Thank you. A good kit, competitively-priced, for novices. Added Stanley Wonder-Bar and Stabila pocket level to enhance gift to 14-yr grandson. On checking, found no screwdrivers with Pozi format (most woodscrews use this, whereas the Phillips screwdrivers in the kit are more for electricians), so went to local hardware store and bought Stanley ratcheting screwdriver with 10 insert bits incuding 2 Pozi, 2 Torx etc. All-up cost in region of £100, not bad; obviously as the user progresses, he will use his judgment in further purchases.”

“Just what I was looking for cheap and doing the job, but having a courier to deliver such a small packet and very light surely you could have posted them 🤷🏼‍♂️”

Hi Karl, thanks for the feedback. You are quite right, we could've posted them, however, we have a company-wide policy whereby all of our orders are sent with some form of tracking on them so if they become lost or damaged we can get it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks, TW.

“Being a plasterer ive tried many sponge floats. This one has to be the worst. It didnt glide along the wall smoothly and the sponge came off the handle after 2 days.”
