“I Don't use the store that often as the things it sells are not my main trade and I use a specialist supplier for that, however for power tools , fixings , sealants and work ware they are great and always a smile happy to help you and discus options at length, if you can't find something in store they will go fetch it for you or get one from the stock room. all in all more helpful than a lot of suppliers I have used.”

“This is the place for Tools, Any Tool, especially Plastering Tools. I have to say that Living in Australia makes things a little bit awkward but my conversations with Mike Tichauer have made Buying the Plastering Trowels that i required Easy, Thanks Mike. This is a very good Superstore i recomend them.”

“Bought a Combi Power Drill kit - great price and delivery was quick, but the battery charger was faulty (the maker's fault, not TW s). Rang up TW and James Palmer couldn't be more helpful. Sent the faulty charger back and received a working replacement by return (with a 'phone call to let me know it was on its way). This is the sort of customer service we need when something goes amiss. Would definitely buy from TW again. Well done James!”
