Hi David, Thanks for your review - sorry to see you haven't received your order yet. We've investigated your parcel and it appears to have been misrouted by the courier to an incorrect depot which has caused the delay. It did leave us on time and was expected to be with you the next day. That being said, according to your tracking it is scheduled to be delivered today or tomorrow. “Since buying thus tool it has performed superbly. The battery has lasted long enough for me to trim all the hedges and bushes in my garden and the red LED is still not come on. It’s light weight and easy to control.”

“Still not delivered It’s now Friday, my item should have been delivered Thursday, I waited in all day, was then told Friday, again waited in all day still not arrived and can’t get hold of anyone. I’m not happy. Another day waited in today (Saturday) and still no delivery, this is shocking service”
